Support Service Providers (SSP)
Anyone wishing to be a Support Service Provider (SSP) must complete the SSP Registration Form (requires Adobe Reader).
Support Service Providers assist deaf/blind conference participants so they may have access to all conference activities. Lodging and meal costs are waived for any SSP. The conference fee is waived for all non-state employees. The conference fee is NOT waived for state employees. State employees must complete both the SERID Registration Form AND the SSP Registration Form. Transportation is not provided to any SSP.

Registration Details
Full registration includes: Program book, Workshops, Awards Banquet, Entertainment, Tuesday breakfast and lunch, Wednesday breakfast and Thursday breakfast.
Accomodation requests made after August 5, 2007 cannot be guaranteed. Interpreting and Captioning Services will be provided.

Confirmation will be sent via email or letter verifying receipt of registration and/or accommodation request.
All requests for a refund of the conference registration fees must be made in writing by August 30, 2007 for the entire registration fee minus a $20 administration fee. Refund requests made after August 30, 2007 will be for one-half of the registration fee paid. No refunds will be returned until 30 days after the end of the conference.
All checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a $20 administration fee.
