Make your reservations NOW to receive the SERID rate of $119 (single or double) or $129 (triple or quad).
The deadline for hotel reservations is August 15, 2007. Identify yourself as a member of the Southeast Regional Institute on Deafness to receive the conference rate.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 12 noon.
Room rates are subject to applicable state and occupancy taxes in effect at time of check in (currently 10%).
A first night room deposit, guaranteed with a major credit card, must accompany all reservations. Hotel will not hold any reservations otherwise. Individual is responsible for paying all charges. (Persons paying in cash will be asked to leave a cash or credit card deposit to guarantee payment.)
